Payment and Shipping
The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is available in Germany and Austria.
Shipping to German islands is excluded.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
We charge a flat shipping rate of €4.99 per order for Germany.
For orders of at least €55.00, we offer free shipping within Germany.
We charge a flat shipping rate of €9.99 per order for Austria.
For orders of at least €85.00, we offer free shipping within Austria.
Delivery times
Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 3–5 business days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed advance payment, after we have received your payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
